Q: Are there special instructions for Vista users?
A: No. You just need to make sure both Tournament Shark and your poker room are launched in the same mode: 
 
 
 
Q: I enter the license id and password and get an error message. Did I do something wrong?
A: Please make sure you have entered the correct license id and password. Please keep in mind the trial license is valid for 7 days. Also, you cannot request multiple licenses from the same computer. If you need more time to test Tournament Shark or require additional licenses please contact support at support@pokerprolabs.com.
 
 
 
Q: Is Tournament Shark legal?
A: Yes, Tournament Shark is 100% legal.
 
 
 
Q: Can I see MTT stats on my opponents while playing an SNG?
A: Yes. Simply click on the MTT radio button and available MTT stats will be displayed.
 
 
 
Q: How do I use Tournament Shark?
A: Tournament Shark is very easy to use. Launch it and minimize it. TS will continue to run in your system tray. Launch a poker tournament and TS will attach to your table automatically. You do need to log into the site for TS to display data
 
 
Q:

Do I need to do anything else?

A: Depending on what kind of tournament you are playing you may have to specify which module Tournament Shark to load. For example, if you are playing a 6-players SNG you would click the radio button next to 6 and select the SNG radio button.
 
 
 
Q: One or more players on my table are not captured. What can I do?
A: Tournament Shark is fully interactive allowing you to type in a missing player’s name directly into the bottom grid. Once the player’s name is entered click off on any adjacent line in the grid to refresh your entry.
 
 
 
Q: What sites and tournaments do you currently support?
A: We currently support all tournaments (SNGs, MTT and Heads-ups) on Full Tilt, PokerStars and Poker Room.
 
 
 
Q: When launching Tournament Shark I get an error message about Net Microsoft. What Should I do?
A: Please install Microsoft Net Framework .
